The Front View- Love that it's new and modern.

Foyer- Cute.

Kitchen- Being a natural Cook, Pallas loves this Kitchen!

Living Room- Love how it's all so open, but no dining room.

Master Bedroom- Great!

Master En-suite- Love the kind of twinkling star look of the wall.

Stairs landing/Hallway- So small but cute and beautifully decorated.

2nd Bedroom- Would be nice a for boy.

3rd Bedroom- Would be nice for a girl... Pallas wants this to be Master Bedroom

2nd Bathroom/ Jack and Jill bathroom

Back Yard- Great, Love the solar panels for saving money.

The Front View- Pallas Loves the Victorian exterior and Great Location.

The porch

The Foyer/ Living room- Jesse says he thinks his grandma lived here.

The Dining room- They do like the size of the dining room.

The Kitchen- Jesse and Pallas both agree it needs to be renovated.(Fridge behind photo, Sorry)

Main Floor Bathroom- Good size.

Living Room- Outdated

Upstairs Hallway- So dark and musty

Bedroom One (Probably Master Bedroom)- Great Size but a little dark and feels to upsetting

Bedroom Two- Brighter but this is still only 2 bedrooms

The Back Yard- Pallas and Jesse love the Gazebo! The Views are just great too.

Pallas and Jesse over all aren't that crazy about this place.

CHECK-IN

 We've Moved the porch to add an entrance to the 
Income suite/ Basement Apartment. We also added a 1/2 Floor for more room in J&P's section.

On the 1/2 Floor we'll have a another (3rd)bedroom and bathroom, and also a den.

(J&P) Here we have a foyer, large living/ Dining room and a large kitchen with breakfast nook. Also a the 2nd bedroom with bath. 1st bedroom/Master, 1st bathroom/Master. 

(Basement Apartment) Their foyer, bedroom and bathroom.

There's the foyer and what will be made into a shared laundry. Then a large Living/dining room combo with kitchen, And bedroom with bathroom.

We rebuilt the back deck and made most of it a covered deck.
